Our philosophy at Kidsland Berkeley is that all children must be treated with respect. All children have the right to safe, healthy, loving care and to developmental activities suitable for their ages, talents, and interests to help them develop all of their skills.
OUR DISCIPLINE
We use positive methods of discipline. We do not believe in time out. We take time to talk to the children and explain to them safety rules to keep them from getting hurt. Then, according to their age, we help them learn to be kind, take turns, share, and help others.
